Refund Policy

1. Consultation Fees
Initial consultation fees are non-refundable once a session has been conducted. If a session is cancelled with at least 48 hours notice, a full refund or credit towards a future session will be provided.
2. Service Package Fees
Refund eligibility for service package fees depends on the stage of processing. Requests made within 7 days of purchase and before any substantive work has begun may be eligible for a full refund minus administrative fees.
3. Visa Application Fees
Government-imposed visa application fees paid to embassies or consulates are non-refundable regardless of the outcome, as these are third-party charges beyond our control.
4. Denied Applications
In the event of a visa denial, Akopwhales will review the case and, where applicable, assist with a reapplication at a reduced fee. Service fees paid for denied applications are generally non-refundable but may be applied as credit toward related services.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with your booking reference, the service in question, and the reason for your request. All refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days.
